Abstract: THIS FINAL FULE WOULD COVER RCRA TREATMENT, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES MANAGING HAZARDOUS WASTES CONTAINING AT LEAST 10 PERCENT ORGANICS. THIS RULE REQUIRES CONTROL OF ORGANIC AIR EMISSIONS FROM PROCESS VENTS AND EQUIPMENT LEAKS. CERTAIN RECORDS AND SEMIANNUAL REPORTS OF PROCEEDANCES ARE NECESSARY TO ENABLE EPA TO DETERMINE THAT THE STANDARDS ARE IMPLEMENTED AND CONTAINED AS NECESSARY TO PROTECT
