THIS STUDY WILL COMPLEMENT DATA RECEIVED FROM THE CURRENT AIDS/HIV SURVEILLANCE PROJECTS. THIS INSTRUMENT IS ADMINISTERED VIA PERSONAL INTERVIEW. RESPONDENTS ALSO RECEIVE COUNSELING ON PRACTICES TO AVOID HIV TRANSMISSIONS. THIS IS A PILOT STUDY CONDUCTED BY 5 HEALTH DEPARTMENTS.
