THIS CERTIFICATION IS USED TO PREVE DE FACTO CONTRACT EXTENSIONS WHEN DEFAULTED TIMBER SALES ARE RESOLD. BIDDERS ON RESALES OF DEFAULTED TIMBER SALES MUST SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATION OF NONAFFILIATION.
