THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE AVAILABLE THROUGH LOANS AND PURCHASES, PRICE SUPPORT TO ELIGIBLE PRODUCERS ON ELIGIBLE COMMODITIES PRODUCERS ARE REQUIRED TO MEET CERTAIN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO INSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE PROGRAM SO THAT ONLY ELIGIBLE PRODUCERS RECEIVE BENEFITS.
