In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information collection request is approved for use through January 31, 1991. The Department of the Interior has identified several problems with this information collection and has notified the Bureau of Indian Affairs that these problems must be remedied. OMB concurs with the recommendations of the Department. OMB is granting six month approval for use of this information collection to allow adequate time for the BIA to revise this collection. Should the BIA wish to resubmit this information collection for OMB approval, the deficiencies identified b the Department of the Interior must be addressed.
