Abstract: THE FOREST SERVICE REVIEWS PROPOSED ELECTRONIC SITE USES ON FEDERAL LANDS, TO DETERMINE IF THE USE WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT THE FOREST SERVICE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND OTHER EXISTING USES.
