TESTING, TAXPAYERS' THE TESTING SESSIONS ARE NECESSARY TO DEVELOP QUANTITATIVE MEASURES OF COMPREHENSION LEVELS OF TAXPAYERS IN SUPPORT OF IRS STRATEGIC INTIATIV BEE-12.
