Abstract: FEDERAL AID PROGRAMS, BUSINESS ASSISTANCE, INDUSTRIAL LOANS, DISASTER THE INTENDED EFFECT OF THIS PROVISION IS TO ESTABLISH THE LIMITS FOR THE PERCENTAGES OF GUARANTEE FOR DARBE GUARANTEED LOANS IN EXCESS OF $2,000,000 TO CLARIFY OPERATIONS OF THE GUARANTEE NECESSARY BECAUSE OF THE CEILING PLACED BY CONGRESS ON THE GUARANTEE, AND TO REMOVE REFERENCES IRRELEVANT TO THE LOAN PROGRAM.
