Abstract: CHARTERBOAT CAPTAINS, WHO EXERT HIGH TROLLING EFFORT AND WHO ARE WILLI TO KEEP LOGS, WILL BE ASKED TO RECORD THEIR CATCHES AND FISHING EFFORT THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE DISTRIBUTION AND RELATIVE ABUNDANCE OF FISHES THAT ARE CAUGHT. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED IN DETERMINING ALLOWABLE BIOLOGICAL YIELDS.
