Abstract: THIS REQUEST FOR CLEARANCE IS FOR A DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENT TO BE USED FOR A FOLLOW-UP SURVEY OF RECENT ARMY SEPARATEES WHO PARTICIPATE THE ARMY APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (AAP). THE EVALUATION IS NECESSARY FO DETERMINING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE AAP, HOW THE SEPARATEES TRANSITIO INTO THE CIVILIAN WORKPLACE, AND IDENTIFYING ALTERNATIVES TO IMPROVE THE EXISTING PROGRAM.
