Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AND FIELD TEST DATA SETS, DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURES AND INSTRUMENTS FOR OBTAINING INFORMATION ABOUT HOME HEALTH AGENCIES AND HOSPICES AND ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
