Approved with the following conditions. Only the information collection requirements at 24 CFR 886.105 and 886.111a are approved for use under this OMB control number. In addition, the Department may request from applicants only the information collection requirements specified at section 886.105. Finally, since the Department has not provided a standardized application form for review, HUD may neither prescribe a particular application form for this program nor otherwise impose a particular reporting format on the public. Instead, the public shall be given maximum flexibility with respect to the form and format of application for assistance under this program.
