Abstract: NCES WILL FIELD TEST A TELEPHONE HOUSEHOLD SURVEY FOR COLLECTING DATA ON EDUCATION ISSUES. THE FIELD TEST IS DESIGNED TO EVALUATE THE USE OF THIS METHODOLOGY FOR COLLECTING DATA ON SUCH TOPICS AS HIGH SCHOOL DROPOUTS AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.
