Abstract: JTPA PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AT STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS IS BASED IN PART O POSTPROGRAM FOLLOW-UP OF TERMINEES. INFORMATION ON THE VALIDITY OF FOLLOW-UP DATA IS NEEDED TO ENSURE EQUITABLE ALLOCATION OF AWARDS. THIS STUDY WILL REPORT ON THE STATUS OF VALIDATION EFFORTS AND PROVIDE THE BASIS FOR DESIGNING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
