Abstract: THE FOOD STAMP ACT AND REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COUPONS ACCEPTED BY AUTHORIZED PROVIDERS OF FOOD. THIS SUBMISSION REVISES THE FNS 278N TO FACILITATE THE RECONCILIATION OF FOOD COUPON TOTALS AND REDEMPTION CERTIFICATE TOTALS.
