IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT IT MISSION OF PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS TO AMERICAN WORKERS, ETA NEEDS CURRENT INFORMATION ON THE LITERACY LEVELS OF ITS CLIENT POPULATIONS. THE PROPOSED SURVEY WILL MEET THIS DEMAND. AMERICAN WORKERS, BUSINESSES AS WELL AS THE FEDERAL STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT POLICY MAKERS AND PROGRAM MANAGERS WILL BENEFIT FROM THE PRODUCT OF THIS SURVEY.
