Abstract: THIS PROJECT IS BEING CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE WHETHER A BONUS PROGRAM FOR THE UI SYSTEM IS BENEFICIAL AND COST-EFFECTIVE. THE FOLLOW-UP SURVEY WILL BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PROGRAM DATA TO OBTA DATA NECESSARY TO ANALYZE THE PROCESS, IMPACT AND COSTS-BENEFITS OF TH DEMONSTRATION BONUS PROJECT.
