Abstract: THIS COLLECTION OF INFORMATION, RECEIVED FROM FOREIGN PARTIES REEXPORTING U.S. ORIGIN COMMODITIES, IS REQUIRED BY THE BUREAU OF EXPORT ADMINISTRATION TO ADEQUATELY ENFORCE THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT AND TO PROTECT U.S. NATIONAL SECURITY. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO ENSURE NO U.S. ORIGIN HIGH TECHNOLOGY COMMODITIES WILL BE OBTAINED BY OUR ADVERSARIES.
