COMPETITI FOR LIMITED WATER RESOURCES IS PARAMOUNT. FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCIES, THE IRRIGATION INDUSTRY, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS, AND UNIVERSITIES WILL USE THE DATA.
