Abstract: LARGE FDIC-INSURED SAVINGS BANKS (ASSETS OF $500 MILLION OR MORE) SUBMIT MONTHLY REPORTS WHICH ARE USED BY THE FDI TO MONITOR DEPOSIT FLOWS AND INCOME-EXPENSE RESULTS FOR BANKS OF SUPERVISORY CONCERNS. ALSO, THE FDIC USES THE DATA TO COMPUTE AVERAGE COST OF FUNDS INDICES UPON WHICH PERIODIC INCOME MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS ARE BASED.
