Abstract: DEFENSE INDUSTRY, DEFENSE CONTRACT, EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS, STRATEGIC MATERIAL, CONTROLLED MATERIAL, DEFENSE PRIORITY AND DEFENSE ALLOCATION THE RECORDKEEPING REQUIRED BY THE DPAS, BY PRODUCERS AND SUPPLIERS OF INDUSTRIAL ITEMS, IS NECESSARY FOR THE ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE DELEGATED AUTHORITY OF THE DEFENSE PRODUCTION AC OF 1950, AS AMENDED (TO USC APP. 2061, ET. SEQ). ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES A RATED ORDER UNDER THE IMPLEMENTING DPAS REGULATION.
