Abstract: THE US&FCS HAS IMPLEMENTED A MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM REVIEW (MPR) FUNCTION WHICH DICTATES THE NEED TO VERIFY AND DETERMINE END-USER DEGREE OF SATISFACTION WITH US&FCS PROVIDED SERVICES. THIS FORM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO MEET THAT NEED AND THE RESULTS WILL BE INCORPORATED INTO EACH MPR UNIT REPORT TO THE DIRECTOR GENERAL US&FCS WITH REOCMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT AS REQUIRED.
