Abstract: THIS OPERATION CONDUCTED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE NAME AND UNIT DESIGNATION OF ALL PERSONS RESIDING IN GROUP QUARTERS INCLUDING SHELTERS FOR THE 1990 DECENNIAL CENSUS. THE PROCEDURE WILL BE USED AT BOTH INSTITUTIONAL AND NON-INSTITUTIONAL GROUP QUARTERS. THE RESIDENTS' NAMES AND DESIGNATIONS WILL BE NOTED ON THE GROUP QUARTERS SAMPLING PAGE.
