THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO ESTABLISH BASELINE ESTIMATES OF TAXPAYER SATISFACTION WITH RP&A DIVISION'S UNDERREPORTER BRANCH AND ADJUSTMENTS FUNCTION. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE AREAS TO DETERMINE IF CURRENT PROGRAMS ARE MEETING TAXPAYERS' NEEDS. THIS INFORMATION WILL INDICATE WHERE THE AREAS SHOULD FOCUS ANY QUALITY INITIATIVES THAT RP&A MAY WISH TO INSTITUTE.
