THIS CENSUS WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE RESULTS OF A 5-MONTH PILOT TEST OF AN ALTERNATIVE FOOD COUPON PROCESSING PROCEDURE. THE TEST IS BEING CONDUCTED IN COOPERATI WITH THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE AND DALLAS, TEXAS THE SURVEY FORM WILL BE SENT TO THE APPROXIMATELY 700 FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS PARTICIPATING IN THE PILOT STUDY.
