Abstract: THIS RULE WOULD REQUIRE A MORTGAGEE, UPON NOTIFICATION BY THE FHA COMMISSIONER THAT IT HAD A HIGHER THAN NORMAL RATE OF EARLY SERIOUS DEFAULTS AND CLAIMS DURING THE PRECEEDING YEAR, TO SUBMIT A REPORT TO THE COMMISSIONER AND, IF APPLICABLE, A PLAN AND TIMETABLE FOR ANY NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION.
