Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE NMFS MARINE DEBRIS EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR OCEAN AND SHORELINE USERS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE THE PROGRAM, WHICH PREPARES MARITIME INDUSTRIES TO COMPLY VOLUNTARILY WITH NEW U.S. TREATY OBLIGATIONS.
