Abstract: THIS REPORT COVERS THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS IN DETERMINING TOTAL ASSETS OF THOSE NONBANK BANKS THAT HAVE BEEN GRANTED GRANDFATHER STATU UNDER THE COMPETITIVE EQUALITY BANKING ACT OF 1987. THESE INSTITUTIONS MUST PROVIDE A FIGURE FOR THEIR TOTAL ASSETS TO BE USED AS A BASE FOR MEASURING SUBSEQUENT 7 PERCENT ANNUAL ASSET GROWTH ALLOWED UNDER CEBA.
