Approved for one year. HUD may not require that the HUD 300 form be submitted to it, but may require that these forms be kept "on file" for monitoring purposes. In its next submission, HUD must explain why the HUD 300 form has a burden of only 1.2 hours per response compared to the HUD 93102 form, which provides only summary totals, with a burden of 3 hours per response. HUD should also provide an estimate of the recordkeeping burden associated with the HUD 300 form. The HUD 300 form must be revised to include an approved OMB control number, expiration date and burden estimate.

ALL ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS DISBURSED UNDER THIS PROGRAM MUST BE MONITORED BY HUD. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE USE OF FORM HUD-300 WHICH MORTGAGEES MUST SUBMIT TOGETHER WITH FORM HUD-93102. THE FORM 300 SUPPORTS THE BILLING INFORMATION PROVIDED ON FORM 93102 FOR EACH MORTGAGE.
