THE RESPONDENTS WILL BE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS REPORTING IN ONE OF THE SERIES. THE COLLECTED INFORMATION WILL GIVE US A BASIS FOR MATCHING DIRECTLY INTO THE DETAILED RECORDS IN THE OTHER SERIES.
