THE RECERTIFICATION AND HOUSING UNIT EVALUATION FORMS ARE USED TO RECERTIFY PARTICIPATING FAMILY ELIGIBILITY FOR THE EHAP PROGRAM. THE EHAP PROGRAM FOR PARTICIPATING FAMILIES WAS EXTENDED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1989.
