EDUCATION, INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, ELEMENTAR EDUCATION, SECONDARY EDUCATION'. THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS TO OBTAIN CURRENT INFORMATION CONCERNING THE NUMBER OF PARTNERSHIPS, THE KINDS OF SUPPORT THEY PROVIDE TO SCHOOLS, AND THE NUMBER OF STUDEN DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THESE PARTNERSHIPS. THIS STUDY IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE THE WHITE HOUSE CALLED UPON THE DEPARTMENT TO ENCOURAGE INVOLVEMENT OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN EDUCATION
