THE NATIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT, 42, U.S.C. 5400 ET. SEQ., AUTHORIZES HUD TO PROMULGATE AND ENFORCE REPORTING STANDARDS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING.
