Abstract: THIS DATA COLLECTION SUPPORTS AN EVALUATION OF THE DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION, COSTS AND BENEFITS OF THE UI QC PROGRAM. THE ATTACHED INSTRUMENT WILL BE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON QC IMPLEMENTATION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FROM 52 STATE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY AGENCIES. IN ADDITION, FIVE SESAS WILL BE VISITED TO STUDY THESE AREAS IN GREATER DEPTH.
