Abstract: IN ORDER THAT THE SECRETARY AND OERI PEER REVIEWERS MAY PROPERLY RATE OERI FELLOWS PROGRAM APPLICANTS, THREE ITEMS ARE REQUESTED FROM EACH PROSPECTIVE FELLOW: (1) A BRIEF LETTER BY THE APPLICANT EXPRESSING INTEREST IN THE PROGRAM (2) AN UP-TO-DATE COPY OF THE APPLICANT'S RESUME, AND (3) A SHORE (3 T 10 PAGE) PROPOSAL SUMMARIZING THE RESEARCH PROJECT AN APPLICANT INTEND TO PURSUE.
