THIS STUDY WILL COLLECT DATA FROM A SAMPLE OF RECIPIENTS OF GUARANTEED STUDENT LOANS WHO LEFT OR COMPLETED THEIR POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION BETWEEN 1976-1985. IT WILL PROVIDE A GSL RECIPIENT BASED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR THIS PROGRAM. IT SILL ASSESS THE DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF GSL'S AND ADDRESS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES FOR THIS PROGRAM.
