FNS agrees to revise question 17c to ask for any efforts being done by the sponsoring organization over and above what the daycare centers and homes are doing. FNS agrees to delete question 18b on form FNS 345-1 because it does not meet the practical utility requirements of the Paperwork REduction Act. They also agree to clarify question 18c and use a yes/no format.
