REGULATIONS DEAL WITH CHANGES THAT OCCUR AS THE LOAN IS PROCESSED. THI IS A JOINT EFFORT BETWEEN SBA AND THE LENDER, AND COMMUNICATION IS NECESSARY AT MANY POINTS DURING THE LIFE OF THE LOAN, BUT ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS SOME CHANGE OR ADJUSTMENT IN THE ORIGINAL UNDERSTANDING UNDER WHICH THE LOAN WAS MADE.
