Abstract: THE SBA INTENDS TO EVALUATE CURRENT MAILING LISTS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF JOB OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS (JOA'S). THE RESULT OF THIS SURVEY WILL BE TWOFOLD: BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF RECRUITING SOURCES, AND TO ALLOW THE SBA TO MAKE RECRUITING PROCESS MORE EFFECTIVE.
