Abstract: THIS DEMONSTRATION PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO EVALUATE WHETHER DISPLACED WORKERS CAN BE INDENTIFIED EARLY IN THE UNEMPLOYMENT SPELL, TEST THE ABILITY OF ALTERNATIVE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO REEMPLOY THE DISPLACED AND HOW SUCH A PROGRAM CAN BE IMPLEMENTED.
