The "Study of the Referral of Long-Term Dislocated Workers to Reemployment Service" is approved through May 1988 under the following terms and conditions: 1. Since there is no means to identify or screen for dislocated workers from the population of long-term UI claimants, the data collection is approved only as a study of long-term UI claimants. Any reports using the data collected from this study may only refer to a population of long-term UI claimants, not dislocated workers. 2. Because the sites for this study were not randomly selected, DOL may not generalize from the data beyond the individual sample site.
