REPORTS REQUIRED BY THE GENERAL PROVISIONS TO 40 CFR PART 61 ALSO ARE REQUIRED. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT AND TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
