Abstract: THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF JUSTICE, MANDATED TO COLLECT AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION IS EXPLORING ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF DISSEMINATING INFORMATION USING NEW TECHNOLOGIES. THIS SURVEY WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION FROM CRIMINAL JUSTICE PRACTITIONERS TO ASSIST IN HARDWARE SOFTWARE SELECTION, DEFINITION OF CONTENT, EXTENT OF USER INTEREST AND FORMULATION OF FEE STRUCTURE.
