Abstract: CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN PROGRESS REPORTS ARE A STRUCTURED WAY FOR STATE AGENCIES TO PLAN, IMPLEMENT AND EVALUATE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS DESIGNED TO REDUCE PAYMENT ERRORS. THE OFFICE OF FAMILY ASSISTANCE REVIEWS THESE PLANS TO SEE WHETHER THEY ARE SUFFICIENT AND RECOMMENDS ADDITIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS.
