Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS PLANNING TO CONDUCT VARIOUS METHODS FOR ADDRESS LIST COMPILATION AND UPDATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 1988 DRESS REHEARSAL PROGRAM. THIS PRECANVASS OPERATION WILL REQUIRE RESPONDENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR MAILING ADDRESS AND THE PHYSICAL LOCATION OF THE HOUSING UNIT.
