Abstract: STUDY WILL INVOLVE QUESTIONNAIRES SENT WIC STATE AGENCY DIRECTORS (87) AND LOCAL AGENCY DIRECTORS (60-100). THERE WILL BE TELEPHONE FOLLOW-UP INTERVIEWS TO LOCAL AGENCY DIRECTORS (20) AND LOCAL AGENCY (8) ON-SITE INTERVIEWS OF WIC STAFF (42) AND WIC PARTICIPANTS (112) AS WELL AS OBSERVATIONS. INFORMATION NEEDED TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY/EFFECTIVENESS OF WIC NUTRITION EDUCATION.
