SBA SHOULD PROVIDE OMB WITH THE RESULTS OF THIS EXAMINATION NOT LATER THAN MAY 1, 1988. IN ADDITION, THE SBA SHOU CONSIDER THE USEFULNESS OF HAVING ONE FORM FOR THIS PROGRAM.
