Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES TELECOMMUNICATIONS EMPLOYERS TO DESCRIBE THEIR TRAINING PROGRAM. OSHA NEEDS THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED IN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OSHA STANDARDS. EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES ALSO U THIS INFORMATION TO KEEP TRACK OF WHICH EMPLOYEES HAS RECEIVED WHAT TRAINING.
