THIS IS A ONE-TIME REQUEST ABOUT ETHYLENE OXIDE USE IN CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS. EPA WILL USE THE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE LONG-TERM EMISSION RATES FOR EACH FACILITY, THE POPULATION AT RISK, AND THE DISPERSION OF ETHYLENE OXIDE EMISSIONS FROM VENTS OR DRAINS. THE ULTIMATE PURPOSE IS TO ESTIMATE THE HEALTH RISKS TO THE U.S. POPULATIO BY MODELING HUMAN EXPOSURE.
