Abstract: SPECIAL PLACE PRELIST IS A PROCEDURE USED TO OBTAIN CURRENT ADDRESS INFORMATION FOR HOUSING UNITS AND GROUP QUARTERS ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIAL PLACES. THIS OPERATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENUMERATE THE 37 SPECIAL PLACES DURING THE 1987 TEST CENSU IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA.
